Our Twistedpendant Lifetime Warranty applies to all of our Stainless Steel jewellery (unless stated in product description). Jewellery within the lifetime warranty is 100% Safe to wear in water. Our jewellery is also heat resistant & sweat proof.

PRODUCT FAULT / IN TRANSIT DAMAGES

If your item is damaged or has a fault in the links / Clasp we will happily provide a replacement at no extra cost. Furthermore, if your item is damaged in transit we will also happily replace the damaged item. Only under these circumstances will a replacement claim be accepted.
Please note: Claims with wear & tear will not be replaced. We do not cover lost, stolen, Damaged or Wear & Tear.

CHAIN PLATING & MATERIALS

Our Jewellery uses PVD Plating & Stainless Steel. Our gold chains are 18K PVD Plated. The Gold plating is expected to last between 2-3 years depending on how well maintained.
Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty only covers accidental damage / faults with manufacturing. If your jewellery is lost, stolen or damaged, we do not cover this.

3. Confirm correct redelivery address (the address provided at checkout is the correct address).
