Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 60 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
Please note: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This is due to hygiene concerns.
How to return an item

Returns can only be accepted if:
- the item is still in its original packaging
- Unworn and undamaged
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This is due to hygiene concerns.
We will not except returns if the item has been worn or damaged (other than any faults upon arrival) & this will result in the item being returned to sender.
Any items that are damaged upon arrival: please let us know within 14 days so we can quickly resolve the issue. After 14 days, we are unable to take responsibility for broken / damaged items. If the item you have ordered is damaged, you should should follow the return procedure letting us know of the fault ASAP.
We do not cover return costs
We do not offer free returns and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us. Please keep hold of your proof of return in the event the return package is lost or stolen- as we cannot take responsibility for this.
Exchange policy applies the same rules as a return. Any exchange requests after the 60 day window will be denied.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to arrive back to you. All returns are paid via the method of payment you chose to make the order with.
Please note, we do not refund the shipping which you originally paid when making the order.
