 Shipping Info: 

• customers that select tracked shipping will receive tracking information within 24 hours from the time of order (if ordered on a weekend tracking info will be sent 13:00 GMT Monday, unless its a bank holiday.
• Delivery times are working days. If you order on a Friday you should add 2 days to the delivery schedule. 
• All orders are sent out within 24 hours (1 Working day) of being placed
• Busy periods may cause slight delays in shipping times. Please email us if you have not received your order in the time schedule above

 Late/ lost orders:

If you have been waiting longer than expected for your item, we first recommend you contact us via the email given above. 

We will respond you your message within 24 hours (Weekends & bank holidays may see a delay in these response times.

Which countries do we ship to:

We ship Worldwide. You can order anywhere. Please be aware shipping time do vary depending on location. Some locations do not have the option to use a non-tracked service. 

If you use a non tracked service. Packages can take longer than the estimated time and is not a recommended service.

Returns

We offer a 60 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 60 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. 

How to return an item

To return an item please email us at help@twistedpendant.co.uk. State the reason for return and your order number. 

Returns can only be accepted if: 

• the item is still in its original packaging
• Unworn and undamaged

Exchange policy applies the same rules as a return. Any exchange requests after the 60 day window will be denied.
