The UK post office is severely impacted by the COVID-19 situation

If you are in the UK delays are between 3-8 working days on top of our normal delivery times.

International order delays are between 9-18 Working days on top of our normal 3-7 working days shipping.

  • customers that select tracked shipping will receive tracking information within 24 hours from the time of order (if ordered on a weekend tracking info will be sent 13:00 GMT Monday. 
  • If you have not selected tracking you will not receive a tracking number
  • All orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed.

 Late/ lost orders:

If you have been waiting longer than expected for your item, we first recommend you contact us via the email given above. 

We will respond you your message within 24 hours (Weekends & bank holidays may see a delay in these response times.

We ship Worldwide. You can order anywhere. Please be aware shipping time do vary depending on location. Some locations do not have the option to use a non-tracked service. 


We offer a 60 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 60 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. 

How to return an item

To return an item please email us at State the reason for return and your order number. 

Returns can only be accepted if: 

  • the item is still in its original packaging
  • Unworn and undamaged


Exchange policy applies the same rules as a return. Any exchange requests after the 60 day window will be denied.
