We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, 1st Class and 2nd Class. We also use DHL express. More couriers will be added this year!

Yes, we ship all over the world using a variety of shipping methods and couriers depending on the fastest most reliable route. Some couriers take longer than others and all shipments are subject to the couriers terms which may incur some delays along the route.
We do not cover the EU customs charge. Please bear this in mind when making an order.

We package all jewellery in a Zip Close Jewellery pouch. This is great for bringing your jewellery on your holidays and is a quality pouch for protecting the piece when not being worn. To receive in a luxury jewellery box, please select gift wrapping.
We use Stainless steel, 925 Sterling Silver, Rhodium Plating & 18K Gold to build our jewellery. This means so irritation, no tarnishing or green necks!
No. Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and doesn't contain Nickel. You can wear the necklace all day everyday and it will not irritate or turn your skin green.
Yes, Twistedpendant jewellery is made with materials such as stainless steel which is safe to wear in water. They will not tarnish or turn green! To ensure the jewellery lasts as long as possible, we recommend keeping away from chemicals. We also recommending drying the jewellery with a dry cloth after contact with water.
If your item is damaged or has a fault in the links / Clasp, we will happily provide a replacement at no extra cost. Furthermore, if your item is damaged in transit we will also happily replace the damaged item.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 60 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
How to return an item
Please Fill out the Contact from below. Please use the name & Email used at checkout. Please also include the order number as the first line of the email. We will then contact you with the return address & instructions.
Returns can only be accepted if:
We will not except returns if the item has been worn or damaged (other than any faults upon arrival) & this will result in the item being returned to sender.
Any items that are damaged upon arrival: please let us know within 14 days so we can quickly resolve the issue. After 14 days, we are unable to take responsibility for broken / damaged items. If the item you have ordered is damaged, you should should follow the return procedure letting us know of the fault ASAP.
We do not cover return costs
We do not offer free returns and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us. Please keep hold of your proof of return in the event the return package is lost or stolen- as we cannot take responsibility for this.

We will process your exchange request waiting 3-4 working days of recieving the returned items. Once your exchange has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. This will also confirm the new tracking number.
Refunds can take up to 3-5 working working days to process. After this, your bank may take up to 7 working days to show the funds in your account.
