Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 60 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
How to return an item
Please Fill out the Contact from below. Please use the name & Email used at checkout. Please also include the order number as the first line of the email. We will then contact you with the return address & instructions.
Returns can only be accepted if:
- the item is still in its original packaging
- Unworn and undamaged
We will not except returns if the item has been worn & this will result in the item being returned to sender.
Any items that are damaged upon arrival must be inform us within 3 days of receiving the item. After this we are unable to take responsibility for broken / damaged items. If the item you have ordered is damaged, you should email us As soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter- we are not responsible for any damages / breakages once the necklace has been worn.
Exchange policy applies the same rules as a return. Any exchange requests after the 60 day window will be denied.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to arrive back to you. All returns are paid via the method of payment you chose to make the order with.
