For faults & Breakages we offer a 3 month Warranty from the date of Receiving the item. If your item is damaged or has a fault in the links / Clasp we will happily provide a replacement at no extra cost. Furthermore, if your item is damaged in transit we will also happily replace the damaged item. Only under these circumstances will a replacement claim be accepted.
