Every piece (Stainless Steel) is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, meaning if it ever tarnishes, breaks, or snaps accidentally, we’ll replace it free of charge.
*925 Sterling Silver have their individual policies on each product. These are not included in the Lifetime warranty.
Please note: our warranty covers accidental damage only. It does not apply to lost or stolen items, or damage caused by misuse.

However, you can leave your preferences as to colour and size etc.

If no size is provided, we’ll include adjustable pieces or items with a one size fits all style.

Mystery boxes can be returned & exchanged.
Usually we will not include any earrings, however if detailed in the preferences section that you would be happy for an earring to be included, then it may.
