The earrings are not horrible but I spent a long time trying to get them to clasp. I couldn't connect the clasp into the tiny hole. I had my friend try to do it as well. I know that it can be done bc they clasp fine when not in my ear. So I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with the product. I am just disappointed that they aren't easier to get in.

The product itself is excellent—I genuinely love it and think it’s a great product. Unfortunately, the customer service is among the worst I’ve experienced. When I raised a complaint, there was no empathy, understanding, or genuine effort to resolve the issue. The experience left me feeling like customer satisfaction simply wasn’t a priority. Because of the poor customer service alone, I won’t be a returning customer and can’t recommend this company to others, despite how good the product is. To make matters worse, they also use Evri as their delivery partner, which has consistently provided poor service in my experience and only added to the frustration.

Lovely earrings, they look great for everyday wear. They're subtle yet add a bit of extra style to any outfit. Clasp is a little tricky to get used to, but fine once you've gotten the hang of getting them in and out. Can't fault them for the price. A+
