The gold plating will last however, we recommend keeping this piece out of contact from water and chemicals to maintain the plating.
This pendant is covered by us for faults and breakages. We will replace or repair the chain if you experience any faults in craftsmanship.

Furthermore, if your item is damaged in transit we will also happily replace the damaged item.Only under these circumstances will a replacement claim be accepted.

CHAIN PLATING & MATERIALS_____________________Our Jewellery uses PVD Plating & Stainless Steel. Our gold chains are 18K PVD Plated. The Gold plating is expected to last between 2-3 years depending on how well maintained.
Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty only covers accidental damage / faults with manufacturing. If your jewellery is lost, stolen or damaged, we do not cover this.
