The item was ordered on 26th January and despatched from Germany on 3rd February, excellent delivery service to the U.K.. The package arrived at Royal Mail Langley on 4th February clearing customs and left the same day. The package took a further six days, arrived into the Isle of Man on 10th February, another further two days to travel 15 miles. The item arrived on 12th February. Royal Mail service & Isle of Man Post Office should be ashamed at how long deliveries are taking; there were no cancelled ferry service during this period.
I would like to thank the merchant who assisted in trying to trace my order which was handled professionally. My daughter is very happy with the quality of the chain as it’s a present for her friend.
I can recommend this company; going forward if despatching items from Germany to the U.K. perhaps quote 21 days delivery time.
