I ordered 2 sets (4 earrings) during the Black Friday deal in late 2025. 3 of them have held up, but after only having the earrings in for less than 2 months (I changed them in January 2026) one has completely discoloured. What’s more, I see it’s not included in the lifetime warranty as it’s 925 stirling, which is a bit misleading to include a lifetime warranty in the description. It’s sad as I really love the earrings but now will have to look to replace them!

Not clear how to put these earrings on and is very small and fidgety. I understand that they are micro but even still I think you need a very small ear lobe for these to fit.

Sadly trying to fit the clasp into the tiny hole that is a circle proved impossible. Then after a week of trying I noticed discolouration on the hoop, almost as it is tarnished.

They look great and are very subtle but a word of warning, these are incredibly difficult to put in! I about ripped my earlobe off in frustration. There is seemingly no secret just dumb luck. I’d love if these guys did a tutorial video at least!

Clasps don’t line up correctly making it extremely difficult to clip together in ear, broke the other earring trying to fix this. Pretty rubbish quality, maybe mine were a bad pair? Still wouldn’t bother for the price

I only have one ear pierced and these two earrings spent 3 months in each before turning black.
The pictures speak for themselves. I flagged this with their customer service and received a poor response.
