PRODUCT FAULT / IN TRANSIT DAMAGES_____________________If your item is damaged or has a fault in the links / Clasp we will happily provide a replacement at no extra cost. Furthermore, if your item is damaged in transit we will also happily replace the damaged item.Only under these circumstances will a replacement claim be accepted.

CHAIN PLATING & MATERIALS_____________________Our Jewellery uses PVD Plating & Stainless Steel. Our gold chains are 18K PVD Plated. The Gold plating is expected to last between 2-3 years depending on how well maintained.
Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty only covers accidental damage / faults with manufacturing. If your jewellery is lost, stolen or damaged, we do not cover this.
