If your item is damaged or has a fault in the links / Clasp we will happily provide a replacement at no extra cost. Furthermore, if your item is damaged in transit we will also happily replace the damaged item. Only under these circumstances will a replacement claim be accepted.

Our Jewellery uses PVD Plating & Stainless Steel. Our gold chains are 18K PVD Plated with real 18k Gold. The Gold plating is expected to last between 2-3 years depending on how well maintained. Our silver chains are made from Stainless steel with an anti Tarnish layer & Polish & Will never fade.
